COLOUR SCHEMES


Young children love bright primary colors but large areas can be overwhelming. Decorating the nursery room with a subtle, calm color scheme is usually a better choice. Introducing warm colors - rose, peach or primrose - into your baby room decorating ideas will help create a feeling of coziness.
While decorating the nursery with the cool colors - aqua, mint or sky blue - can create a feeling of spaciousness. But it is probably best to keep ideas based on this color range for a room with a warm, sunny aspect.Touches of bright primary colors bring extra interest and visual stimulation. Introducing wall murals, nursery bedding sets, toys and accessories can transform a room. These are the finishing touches that can bring nursery d├ęcor alive!

BLUE

Is the colour of truth, serenity and harmony, by helping to soothe the mind. Blue is good for cooling, calming, reconstructing and protecting. Researchers found that children tested higher on IQ tests in rooms with blue ceilings.

YELLOW

is a warm colour and the colour of intellect and it is used for mental stimulation, it will help you think quicker. It is also the colour of clarity and insight . It is the brightest of all colours and has the greatest illuminating power. It is warm and cheerful and stimulates activity, communication, circulation and appetite.

RED

A warm colour is the colour of energy, excitement and vitality.Red, used in a large space, can be welcoming, energising and invigorating, but it can radiate aggression. Red, in a small space, can be cozy, intimate, or claustrophobic.

GREEN

Green Is the colour of harmony and balance. It is good for tired nerves and it helps with the heart area. It will balance the emotions and bring about a feeling of calmness. Green is a good general healing colour.Green is a restful colour so will aid sleep, it also represents nature, and therefore promotes balance, harmony, peace, hope and stability.

PURPLE

Purple is a colour that will connect you with your spiritual self. It is good for mental and nervous problems. Purple is associated with noble traits such as love, truth and justice. It is dramatic, sophisticated, sensual and imaginative.

LAVENDER

The colour's of equilibrium. Lavender can help with spiritual healing and is used as a tranquilliser. All can aid sleep. Lavender is the colour of replenishing and rebuilding, whilst pink and mauve are restful and calming. While red may be considered an energizing colour, pink is the most calming. For this reason the California children's probation department found that violent children had fewer outbursts when placed in a pink room. 
Orange Orange is a warm colour, a social and exuberant colour and represents ripeness, warmth and happiness. If used extensively, orange can be a very forceful colour, but is also a good grounding colour.

WHITE

White is the colour of purity. It will purify the body on the highest levels and will bring peace and comfort. White symbolises light, triumph, innocence and joy and it gives the effect of enlarging a space and creates an atmosphere of coolness.

BLACK

Black represents an absence of light and colour, but can be a deep and restful contrast. It is sophisticated, elegant, dramatic and formal and gives a feeling of solid strength. It can be powerful, aloof and intimidating.

6 RAHSIA PEMAKANAN HEBAT BAGI ANAK-ANAK


Assalamualaikum sahabat blogger.. Salam 1 Malaysia.. :)
Sekarang masih lagi terdengar isu-isu politik kan.. memang begitu, ada yang senang, ada yang susah nak terima keputusan… Kita hanya merancang, Allah S.W.T yang menentukan.. Wallahhualam.. 

Saya nak share sedikit masalah yang sering kita alami pada masa kini. Masalah Pelupa sangat tebal dalam diri saya.. orang tua-tua cakap, terlampau banyak makan semut kot.. amboihh sedap sangat ker semut tu aku nak makan.. hehhee tak kenyang pun sebab kecil jerr semut tu… :)

InsyaAllah sedikit ilmu yang saya kongsikan ini mungkin berguna dan mungkin tidak berguna bagi anda semua.. Tinggalkan jejak yerr selepas baca… komen apa yang salah, kot-kot kesalahan yang saya buat itu saya belum sedari lagi.. 

-Madu-
Madu adalah makanan yang sangat berkhasiat. Al-Quran mengiktiraf  ‘shifa’ iaitu penyembuh penyakit. Madu didapati berkesan untuk merawati penyakit dan boleh menghindarkan kepenatan kerja otak anak-anak seperti berfikir, membaca dan merancang. Ia perlu diambil dua sudu teh (gunakan sudu plastik) pada waktu pagi dan malam.


-Susu segar- 
Susu berguna untuk kesihatan otak, mempertajamkan ingatan, membekalkan tenaga mental dan fizikal. Susu mengandungi tiga unsur semula jadi iaitu keju, lemak dan air yang amat diperlukan untuk pertumbuhan badan dan otak. Susu yang terbaik untuk ketajaman minda ialah susu kambing, biri - biri dan lembu yang segar. Ia diminum segelas pada sebelah pagi dan malam.

-Kismis-
Mengandungi zat besi yang amat diperlukan untuk membina darah bagi memastikan bekalan oksigen yang mencukupi untuk disalurkan ke otak. Adab memakannya ialah dengan mengadap Kiblat, membaca Bismillah dan selawat tiga kali diikuti doa penerang hati. Ia perlu dimakan seperti memakan gula-gula kerana dikatakan tidak berkesan jika dikunyah dan diambil satu persatu sebanyak 21 biji setiap hari.

-Telur- 
Bermanfaat untuk menambah kekuatan otak, badan dan menjaga kesihatan keseluruhannya. Pakar-pakar kesihatan mengakui ia adalah makanan yang lengkap dan berkhasiat. Telur yang terbaik ialah telur ayam kampung dan yang masih baru. Beri anak-anak sarapan telur rebus separuh masak bagi kecerdasan minda anak-anak.

-Halia- 
Ia sangat mujarab untuk menghindar masalah lupa.(saya tak pernah cuba lagi yang ini.. sebab tak reti nak makan halia..pedasss!) Ia boleh dimakan mentah atau dibuat halwa. Halwa ialah halia yang dijadikan dimakan sedikit saja pada waktu pagi. Tak sesuai bagi anak yang masih kecil sebab halia agak pedas.

-Buah Delima- 
Mujarab untuk penerang hati seperti sabda Nabi Muhammad SAW: “Sesiapa yang memakan buah delima keseluruhannya, sesungguhnya Allah menerangkan hatinya selama 40 hari.”
